Attorney John Phoebus was recently able to swiftly resolve a case in which a former Crisfield police chief was facing charges of burglary, destruction of property, and theft. He was able to work with the defendant and the complainant to reach a practical resolution, to which both parties agreed. The case resulted in restitution paid and was placed on the inactive docket on Thursday, November 5th.
